The entire staff, especially in the restaurant, was beyond friendly—always smiling, warm, and professional. Breakfast was simply outstanding. High-quality ingredients, and delicious possibilities made every morning a delight. Beyond the impeccable service and comfort, the location is unbeatable. Beautiful historic building and location. Valentina at the front Desk was fantastic. The concierge very very helpful. The bellboys extremely friendly when we took the mandarin ebikes for a ride. The waiters at the Brasserie both inside and outside very friendly and educated. The room decoration very very nice and liked how silent the rooms were.
