Work Integration Project with International Cuisine
The Malaikas cook with great passion and skills. Traditional dishes from around the world are reinterpreted with regional products. Each Malaika buffet stands for a healthy and varied arrangement of exotic spices, scents, and seasonal ingredients.
The Malaika Catering offers buffets in the form of apéritif or hot dishes (vegetarian, vegan, Swiss meat). These are individually assembled by the kitchen team as a surprise combination.
The project is based on work integration to promote the resources of refugees and enrich Zurich''s food scene. Just let yourself be surprised….
