Question 1

Which events does Magic Moments offer childcare for?

Accepted Answer

Magic Moments offers exclusive childcare for weddings and private events throughout Switzerland. The childcare is individually tailored to the event, the children and the schedule.

Question 2

How many children can childcare be booked for?

Accepted Answer

Our event packages are designed for groups of up to 5, 10 or 15 children. Larger or special childcare concepts can be requested individually.

Question 3

What is included in the childcare?

Accepted Answer

We bring the required childcare concept and selected materials to the venue, design the children's area on-site and also handle the dismantling afterwards. This creates a special little 'event within the event' for the children.

Question 4

Is evening, night or sleep care also possible?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Depending on the event, childcare can be extended to include evening and night care as well as a lovingly designed sleep or retreat area.

Question 5

Is Magic Moments available throughout Switzerland?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Magic Moments is available throughout Switzerland for weddings and private events. Travel and logistics are planned to suit the respective venue.

Question 6

What sets Magic Moments apart from traditional babysitting?

Accepted Answer

Magic Moments is about more than just supervision. We create an individual childcare experience with play, creativity, movement and retreat spaces - tailored to the children and the event.

Question 7

From what age can children be cared for by Magic Moments?

Accepted Answer

Our childcare concept is generally designed for children from around 1.5 years old. Age, developmental stage and individual needs are taken into account during planning so that the childcare suits the respective group of children.

Question 8

Does Magic Moments set up the children's area itself?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We bring the materials provided for the booked concept, design the children's area at the venue and also handle the dismantling after childcare is complete. This minimises additional organisational effort for the bride and groom and event organisers.

Question 9

Is the childcare individually tailored to our wedding?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each childcare arrangement is planned to suit your wedding, the venue, the day's schedule as well as the number and age of the children. Special wishes can also be incorporated into the individual childcare concept.

Question 10

What activities does Magic Moments offer for the children?

Accepted Answer

Depending on age, group of children and event, we create a mix of play, creativity, movement and quieter activities. Additionally, individual wish programmes tailored to the event can be planned.
