Question 1

How many guests can we accommodate?

Accepted Answer

We can accommodate up to 150 people standing, 100 in theatre-style seating or 80 dining at round tables or long banquet tables. We can arrange a U-shape layout upon request. We will confirm the final capacity based on your floor plan and fire safety regulations.

Question 2

What is included in our room rental?

Accepted Answer

You rent the entire 251 m² exclusively. Furniture, room lighting, sound system with microphones, projector, high-speed WiFi, heating, toilets and electricity with 16 A are included. Final cleaning is also included.

Question 3

Can you choose your own caterer?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You are free to choose your caterer, commission Sisterfields Café or bring your own food and beverages. Any sales require our written consent; any necessary permits are organised by the organiser. Please coordinate any power-intensive cooking equipment with us in advance.

Question 4

Is our room wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

The entrance and main part of the room are on one level. An elevated platform is only accessible via an internal staircase. Our toilets are not wheelchair accessible. Please clarify your specific access requirements with us before booking.

Question 5

Are there dedicated car parks and public transport links?

Accepted Answer

We do not have our own car parks. Paid public parking options are available in the surrounding area. Montelly metro station is approximately seven minutes' walk away, and bus 17 stops are approximately four to five minutes away.

Question 6

Until what time can your event last?

Accepted Answer

For corporate events, we do not set a fixed end time. For private celebrations, we agree on the end time together. Noise and neighbourhood regulations apply in all cases; we will discuss the details with you when you book.

Question 7

Can you bring a vehicle into the room?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our two opening glass doors measuring 3.21 × 3.63 m lead directly onto the street at ground level. This allows you to bring materials and a suitable vehicle into the room without a ramp or goods lift. Please coordinate delivery and setup with us in advance.

Question 8

What does the exclusive rental cost?

Accepted Answer

Our corporate aperitif for approximately three hours during the week starts at CHF 800, the corporate celebration for approximately six hours at CHF 1,500. A full day from 8 to 20 o'clock starts at CHF 1,300, a weekend evening of at least ten hours at CHF 2,500. All prices are exclusive of VAT and include final cleaning. We will confirm the binding price according to date, duration and programme; additional hours and deposit depend on the format.
