Excellent déjeuner dominical au Vallon. Le poulet, servi avec sa sauce et ses pommes de terre grenaille, était délicieux. En dessert, la mousse au chocolat « à volonté pour les gourmands » était excellente. Le service est irréprochable, attentif et efficace. Une très bonne adresse que je recommande.
Die Bezeichnung «Brasserie chic» trifft es auf den Punkt: klassische Küche in schickem Interieur, dazu eine hervorragende Bedienung. Wir starteten mit einem exzellenten Pâté en croûte und einem Glas Champagner, allein dieser Einstieg verdient einen Sonderapplaus. Die Foie gras war souverän auf Weltklasse-Niveau, wenn auch etwas zu kühl serviert, und die saisonale Tarte aux champignons ein Gaumenschmaus. Die Hauptspeisen waren ein Gedicht, darunter die besten Cuisses de grenouilles, die ich je gegessen habe. Dazu ein Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru, der uns mit seiner komplexen Mineralität begeisterte. Zum Schluss gab es einen Käseteller mit dem herrlich cremigen Berner Aarewasser, das an eine zahme, alpine Version eines Taleggio erinnert. Die Desserts heben wir uns fürs nächste Mal auf, denn ein Wiederkommen ist hier ein Muss!
superbe endroit bien décoré ambiance cosy tranquille, très belle terrasse. Personnel au top sans chichi et service parfait. Tous les plats que nous avons mangés étaient parfaits, la langoustine était délicieuse, la sole, le tartare de boeuf et le vitello tonato un régal et plats copieux, bravo au chef et son équipe. Nous reviendrons. Je conseille fortement ce restaurant et bon rapport qualité pris pour ce standing.
