Le Tonnelier

For your seminar, wedding or private celebration, at Le Tonnelier we combine personal event planning with the character of a historic building. We also create tailored offers for christenings, family celebrations, birthdays or corporate evenings according to your wishes. Together with you, we coordinate the menus and setting for your occasion; if needed, we can put you in touch with other service providers.

For professional meetings, our seminar room La Désalpe is available in the basement. Here, the history of the building, which is over two hundred years old, meets contemporary technology and modern design. After work, our restaurant and hotel bar provide space for informal conversations and shared moments of enjoyment. We will discuss the specific furnishings to suit your plans.

For receptions and banquets, you will experience an atmosphere of the Belle Époque at our venue. Art Nouveau frescoes, wooden panelling and the wrought-iron staircase characterise the building, which underwent comprehensive renovation in 2021. Our kitchen uses fresh regional produce and reinterprets well-known classics. For your occasion, we develop varied menus tailored to your wishes and the season.

If you would like to extend your stay, 18 fully renovated hotel rooms with historic charm and contemporary comfort await you. You will find us in the historic centre of Bulle, approximately a three-minute walk from the train and bus station. Please note when planning: Our restaurant upper floor, La Désalpe and the hotel rooms are not accessible for people with restricted mobility; the café area in the restaurant is accessible.
