Nice family-owned hotel, in the lower historic town of Fribourg, a 5-10 min (uphill) walk to the cathedral. Kind local service. Easy parking. Call them for their best rate.
Friendly staff and a lovely room with a comfy bed, good location
Je voyage très régulièrement à Fribourg et séjourne à chaque fois à l’hôtel Le Sauvage. L’accueil y est toujours excellent : toute l’équipe est d’une grande gentillesse et se souvient de moi d’un séjour à l’autre. C’est une attention que j’apprécie particulièrement. J’ai eu l’occasion de séjourner dans toutes les catégories de chambres proposées. Elles sont grandes, toutes très bien agencées et d’une propreté irréprochable. Je dîne aussi à chaque visite au restaurant Le Bon Sauvage. La qualité des produits, le savoir-faire du chef et le professionnalisme des serveurs me surprennent à chaque fois, le tout à des prix très raisonnables. Le vitello tonnato que j’ai dégusté hier soir était exceptionnel ! Je recommande sans la moindre hésitation cet hôtel et son restaurant pour un séjour à Fribourg
