Le Cerf

We welcome you to the Café-Restaurant Le Cerf in Rougemont. In our wood-panelled tavern, you will be seated at wooden tables and upholstered benches. Traditional furniture, crockery and pictures characterise the cosy interior and provide a personal setting for your restaurant visit.

Our kitchen focuses on the products and flavours of the region. On our menu you will find, amongst other things, Malakoffs with AOP cheese, dried meat from the mountains and veal strips from the Pays-d'Enhaut with rösti. A Swiss chard tart and spinach soup are also part of our offering. For cheese speciality lovers, we prepare various fondues as well as artisanally produced raclette cheese in a pan. One of our fondue variations combines Etivaz, Gruyère and Vacherin Fribourgeois.

To finish, you might choose a homemade fruit tart, meringues with double cream or a chocolate and ice cream dessert. This way you can tailor your visit to your taste from the first course to the sweet finale. We look forward to welcoming you to our table.
