La Fabrique

For your corporate outing or a shared occasion with friends, we invite you to bake with us. In our atelier, you will learn pastry techniques under the guidance of our bakers and pastry chefs. You choose a recipe, prepare it together and take your handmade creations home with you. Our group workshops are designed for 5 to 15 people. For larger groups, we can divide a recipe into several work steps and teams. In addition to various themes, we also develop a programme tailored to your wishes upon request.

Complement your visit with a tour of our interactive museum. Here you will discover how our puff pastry specialities are made and gain insights into our production line. A 17-metre multimedia tunnel, touchscreens and interactive stations bring the baking craft to life. There is a special playful tour for children; the museum visit takes approximately 45 minutes.

For a delightful break, our café and restaurant Le 1424 are at your disposal. In the restaurant on the top floor, we combine seasonal regional products with views of Lake Neuchâtel and the Vaud Alps. In our producer shop, you can discover our specialities. Free parking at the building and travel by PostBus support the planning of your visit.
