About us
Mediterranean cuisine and private dining in a historic setting
On fine days, enjoy your meal on our garden terrace with 90 seats. Here you will find a peaceful setting for outdoor dining. For group dining, we currently offer group reservations for 10 to 50 people during the game season; please arrange your private occasion directly with us.
Our kitchen combines Mediterranean flavours with Italian and French classics. Homemade pasta and risotto are part of our offering, as are braised osso buco, fish dishes and selected meat specialities. Our restaurant carries the "Fait Maison" label. With our tasting menu, you can discover various specialities from our kitchen. Choose from wines from Switzerland, France and Italy.

L’un des meilleurs restaurants de Lausanne, mais aussi l’un de ceux qui font encore vivre ces plats de tradition que l’on voit peu à peu disparaître des cartes, sans oublier une chasse réputée en saison. Une cuisine devenue rare, dans un cadre chaleureux et convivial avec une superbe terrasse. Mais ce lieu vit surtout à travers Madame Blanc. De la carte qu’elle écrit elle-même à la main, avec une calligraphie tout à fait artistique, à sa manière de passer personnellement auprès de chaque table, elle incarne son établissement. Profondément attachée à ses hôtes, elle perpétue une certaine idée de la restauration où recevoir compte encore autant que servir. Une adresse qui rappelle pourquoi certains restaurants deviennent des institutions! Bravo 👏🏼

The food was amazing! The terrasse was just gorgeous in a summer night, but the service was a bit too slow. It took 45 min to get our food.
