For your private celebration, club event or corporate function, we offer you a bright, covered setting in the Orangery at Place d'Ycoor. Our seasonal event venue is set up outside the ice skating season. Here you can organise exhibitions, receptions, conferences and festive gatherings, and adapt the room layout to suit your event.

The steel and glass structure measures 20 by 40 metres. Of a total of 800 m², 700 m² is allocated to the hall and 100 m² to the kitchen and storage area. Glazed sides, a wooden floor and interior curtains characterise the space. The double roof and generous ceiling height provide a special setting for your event.

The rental includes basic ceiling lighting, a basic sound system with microphone and a stage with stairs. Toilets, changing rooms and showers are also available. Two power distribution boards with 32 amperes each are provided; connections must be arranged separately. Tables and benches, additional materials and assistance with setup and breakdown can be requested from us.

Plan additional services well in advance: electricity consumption and connections, heating oil consumption, concert sound system, stage lighting, cleaning and technical staff are not included in the basic package. Events end no later than 22:00. A 24-hour rental period begins and ends at 06:00. Your reservation request is handled by ACCM via the Sport and Leisure department.
