kult.kino atelier

For your event, we offer you a cinema setting in the heart of Basel at kult.kino atelier. Choose from five halls, each with its own character, to find the perfect space for your occasion. Our halls vary in size and atmosphere: from the smaller setting with 49 seats to our largest hall with 166 seats. This allows you to bring your guests together in an environment dedicated entirely to a shared film experience.

Our atelier is centrally located in the Theatre Passage beneath the Tinguely Fountain. Together with the Theatre, the City Casino and the City Cinema, we are part of a vibrant cultural hub. You can reach us via the Theatre or Barfüsserplatz tram stops. The central location makes it easy for your guests to travel to your event.

For your choice of hall, you have atelier 1 with 96, atelier 2 with 95, atelier 3 with 49, atelier 4 with 166 and atelier 5 with 87 seats available. All five halls are accessible. Our atelier.bar complements the cinema visit with a diverse, homemade offering. When you plan an event with us, coordinate your desired use and the appropriate hall with our administration. We support you in selecting the setting within our cinema offerings.
