Rural inn with grill room, banquet halls and panoramic terrace
Our large terrace is the heart of the inn. It offers space for up to 150 people and provides you with a wide view. For a cosy aperitif, our wine cellar is also at your disposal. This way, you can choose between a traditional inn, a modern room and an outdoor setting for your celebration. We are happy to discuss the appropriate room arrangement with you.
In our kitchen, we cultivate seasonal and traditional specialities. These include game from the surrounding forests as well as ingredients from regional gardens and meadows. In Grill 5x5 and on the terrace, grilled specialities and salads complement our offering. For banquets, we have menu suggestions and a wine selection ready and will support you in planning your event. We are also happy to answer any questions you may have about catering. Since the beginning of 2017, we have continued the family tradition with Michael Badertscher, Barbara Berger and our team.

Jedes Mal ein absoluter Hammer! Die Bedienung ist überaus freundlich, kompetent und punktet mit vielen langjährigen Mitarbeitenden. Selbst bei hohem Gästeaufkommen entsteht nie Hektik, und der Service bleibt gelassen sowie aufmerksam. Ein riesiges Salatbuffet – welches für mich jedes Mal das persönliche Highlight ist – lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zudem überzeugt die tolle Auswahl an Grillfleisch sowie das gute Veggie-Angebot. Das Whiskey-Steak war auf den Punkt perfekt gebraten und geschmacklich hervorragend. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist schlicht top. Wir kommen seit Jahren sehr gerne hierher und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal!
Wir waren am 1. August mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs. Als wir auf die Terasse standen, wurden bereits die Vorbereitungen für den 1. August am Abend vorbereitet. Trotzdem erhielten wir noch einen Tisch, ein herrliches Essen zum geniessen und freundliches Personal zum erleben. Hut ab, trotz Vorbereitungen war das Arbeitsklima so angenehm. Danke, dass es noch solche Arbeitgeber gibt.
Sehr schöne Terrasse. Trotz grösse wird man nicht übersehen vom Personal.

We offer you our traditional hall for up to 50 people, the modern Schlossstube for up to 36 people and Grill 5x5 for up to 70 people. In addition, we have our guest room, the large terrace and the wine cellar for a cosy aperitif.
