Kreativ Training Seminar House

On our outdoor facility in the rolling Emmental, we combine experiential coaching with shared activity. Across approximately 25 hectares, permanently installed exercises are available for your leadership, team and organisational development. Collaboration and behavioural patterns become tangible through concrete tasks. We support you in reflecting on experiences and gaining new perspectives for your working life.

For your team event, you can set different priorities: the Balance Trail requires collaboration and strategy, whilst the X-Trail combines tasks on the ground and at height. With the XXL Human Table Football, you take on the roles of the playing figures yourselves. Our Outdoor Team Challenge places communication and dexterity at the centre. With shared outdoor cooking, you prepare your meal using a fire pan, cooking kettle and fire ring.

For focused seminar work, we offer you a room in the Emmental Spycher. Our winter programme from November to March is ideal for groups of up to twelve people. A projector, screen, two flipcharts, two pinboards and a moderation kit support your work; WiFi is not available. Shared cooking over an open fire can be combined with reflection and collaboration. Alternatively, a group menu via catering is available from eight people onwards. Car parking spaces are signposted at the facility.
