klub 8

For your private celebration, corporate event or cultural event, we offer you a versatile space with club atmosphere at klub 8. Whether concert, workshop, exhibition or festival: you can realise your own ideas in a cultural centre in the heart of Schaffhausen with us. Our space accommodates up to 240 people. A sound system, a light show and a smoking lounge are part of the equipment; a bar and catering options are also available.

Since 2020, we have been organising a programme featuring concerts, readings, exhibitions and performances. We create space for cultural exchange and give local and international artists a platform. This combination of cultural programme and rentable event space also shapes the framework for your own event.

We offer private celebrations, corporate events and commercial events on an individual basis. For your enquiry, we need the desired date, the type of event, the expected number of people and your wishes. We will clarify availability upon request.

Local cultural organisers, cultural associations and cultural practitioners can use klub 8 for cultural events free of charge - including space, sound and lighting. This support is made possible by the support of cultural funding from the Canton and City of Schaffhausen as well as the Jakob and Emma Windler Foundation. In this way, cultural projects and local event initiatives have an accessible framework with us.
