About us
Villa directly on the lake with lake access
Close to the city center, on the green shore of Lake Zurich, nestled between the water lily and Fisher Fritz, the estate offers countless possibilities.
The brick building - originally built as a suncream factory - dates from the time of the penultimate century and is characterized by its unique industrial charm. The stylishly renovated lakeside hall and the large garden with ship jetty provide the perfect setting for your occasion.

Reviews
Nestled right on the shores of Lake Zurich, this charming venue wins over guests year after year. Reviewers consistently praise the relaxed lakeside atmosphere – sitting by the water, feeling the breeze, and simply enjoying the setting. Whether it's a summer music event or a corporate gathering, the location works beautifully for groups up to around 150 people. What stands out most is how the venue delivers, rain or shine, making every occasion memorable. Regulars keep coming back, and it's easy to see why.
Gemütlich am See sitzen und den Wind geniessen ist hier möglich....
Die jährliche Radio Night dieses Jahr mit dem Schweizer Rapper EAZ (juicy). Tolle Eventlocation direkt am See.
Wunderschöne Location, wo die Radio Night der swiss radioworld jeden Sommer durchgeführt wird. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter ein Highlight.
Tolle Event-Location. Jedes Jahr immer wieder gern.
