About us
Seminars, banquets and weddings with hotel and garden
Our training rooms are equipped with projectors, screens, pinboards and moderation materials. We arrange the infrastructure according to your needs and organise coffee breaks with pastries on request. We also handle the signage for your event. Our day package combines an equipped plenary room with two breaks and a three-course lunch; beverages with meals are charged separately.
For your banquet or wedding, we offer reception rooms, a restaurant and a large garden. Together with you, we coordinate the schedule and culinary accompaniment. An aperitif or ceremony is possible in the park. Our hall can be used for a cocktail or an aperitif dînatoire. After your celebration or seminar day, your guests can stay in our 51 air-conditioned rooms. The rooms feature a coffee machine, minibar and complimentary WiFi as well as views of the Valais Alps.

Wir waren mit einer kleinen Motorradgruppe unterwegs und haben im Hotel & Restaurant Vatel übernachtet – und waren rundum begeistert! 😊 Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, modern und ausgesprochen sauber, auch die Pflegeprodukte waren hochwertig und haben wunderbar geduftet. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und verfügt über einen überwachten Parkplatz – gerade für uns mit den Motorrädern natürlich perfekt. Der Service war durchweg ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Da zum Hotel auch eine Hotelfachschule gehört, wurden wir beim Abendessen sogar von mehreren angehenden Hotelfachleuten betreut. Einige waren offensichtlich noch in Ausbildung, aber gerade das war irgendwie besonders charmant und hat den Abend sehr sympathisch gemacht. 😊 Das Essen war ebenfalls hervorragend. Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen – sehr gute Auswahl und alles, was man sich für einen gelungenen Start in den Tag wünscht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Vatel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed at Hotel & Restaurant Vatel as part of our TMB trek. It's probably an unusual choice as it's around a 45-minute bus from Trient, but it was booked by our agent. It turned out to be a memorable stay. Each room is named after a different city and, to our surprise, we were given the Bangkok room... which is where we live! We even checked with reception, but it was completely random from their 51 themed rooms. We were half board and dinner was exceptional. Salad starter, duck main and choosing a dessert from the dessert cabinet was almost impossible! It wouldn't have been my first choice as a TMB stop because of the transfer, but I'd happily stay here again if I was visiting Martigny.
