Private dining and shared cooking experiences in a design hotel
For an evening with friends, your family or your clients, we invite you to private dining in our wine cellar. Here you can enjoy your meal in a private setting. Our pizza cooking course also takes place in the atmospheric cellar: together with our head chef Riccardo, you will learn the basics of Pizza Napoletana, knead the dough, shape and top your pizza and bake it yourself. Afterwards, you sit together at the long table. The offer is aimed at groups of 10 to 28 people and is ideal for your team outing, client event, birthday or Christmas party.
In our restaurant, we combine regional cuisine with urban ideas. The open show kitchen gives you an insight into the preparation of your menu. In addition to in-house aged beef and fish specialities, vegetarian and vegan dishes are part of our offering. Bar and lounge complement your stay. If you would like to stay with us after the event, air-conditioned non-smoking rooms with box spring beds and free WiFi await you. Directly below the hotel and restaurant is a paid public car park.

Wir waren heute da zum Brunch. War echt toll und super lecker! Preis-Leistung völlig gerechtfertigt! Kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht, da wir im Internet gesehen haben, dass die Unterkunft auf den Fotos sehr schön aussieht, Frühstück angeboten wird und die Zimmer preislich nicht teuer waren. Tatsächlich ist das Hotel bei unserer Ankunft genauso schön wie auf den Fotos. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, die Atmosphäre angenehm und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Auch die Qualität des Frühstücks und generell des angebotenen Essens ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Hotel liegt zentral in Thun, sodass man alles bequem zu Fuss erreichen kann. Leider waren wir mit dem Bett im Zimmer, insbesondere mit der Matratze, nicht ganz zufrieden, da man beim Hinlegen ziemlich stark in die Matratze einsinkt. Außerdem ist es im Hotel generell bisschen warm, sodass es nachts etwas schwierig ist, gut einzuschlafen. Ein weiteres kleines Problem hatten wir, als wir abends ins Hotel zurückkamen und einen Kinderwagen für unsere Tochter dabei hatten. Der Eingang durch die Hintertür liess sich problemlos mit unserer Hotelkarte öffnen. Allerdings konnten wir die zweite Tür, die zum Restaurant bzw. Frühstücksbereich führt, in dem sich auch der Aufzug befindet, nicht öffnen. Da wir den Aufzug somit nicht benutzen konnten, mussten wir den Kinderwagen schließlich selbst in den ersten Stock tragen. Vielleicht sollte die Hotelleitung dies in Zukunft überprüfen. Insgesamt ist es jedoch ein schönes Hotel mit einer tollen Atmosphäre, freundlichem Personal und einer sehr guten zentralen Lage.
👍👌Das Hotel/Restaurant Spedition ist in jeder Beziehung ein Geheimtipp. Ein geschichtsträchtiges Haus, zauberhaft und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gemütliche Zimmer und sowohl Restaurant wie Bar sind stilvoll und heimelig. Wir haben am Abend sehr fein gegessen und das Morgenbuffet war sehr gepflegt und liebevoll angerichtet. Die Angestellten sind allesamt überaus herzlich und professionell. Und zu allem hin stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zu 100%. Eine wahres Juwel, welches man in dieser Form in der Schweiz kaum mehr findet.
Perfect stay, food, service and apartment #3 was wonderful. It is directly over and next to the fantastic railway system. The rail equipment is exemplary maintained. Surprisingly not very noisy and endlessly entertaining. Highly recommend.
