Fantastic hotel with unmatched views of Lake Lucerne!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Seeburg inklusive Fest. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Bani und Valeria vom Service: Mit ihrer herzlichen, aufmerksamen und zuvorkommenden Art haben sie unseren Aufenthalt ganz besonders bereichert. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Bani und Valeria und das gesamte Team – wir kommen gerne wieder!
A rough diamond with plenty of potential being wasted. As with most reviews the main concern is the lack of air conditioning, and it was very hot when we stayed there. Two electric fans were provided which helped blow the hot air around. There is no extractor fan in the bathroom. The breakfast was ok if not slightly limited. The coffee machine went down with not other option available. The restaurant doesn’t know what it wants to be with a so called Eastern touch. Expensive and not very inspiring. Traditional Swiss food would be a good touch. The views from the Hotel across the lake to the mountains in the distance are superb. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
