About us
Banquets and personalised menus in Sonceboz
For fine dining on a smaller scale, our dedicated dining room has up to 25 seats. We discuss the menu with you at the time of booking and arrange it according to your preferences and the products available on the market. Our brasserie with around 50 seats offers a warm, wood-characterised setting. Here, regional products and seasonal daily specials are part of our cuisine.
If you would like to stay overnight after your meal, around twelve single and double rooms are available at our hotel. The rooms feature a bathroom with shower and toilet, television, telephone and desk; WiFi is included. Our house is located in the village of Sonceboz in the Sankt-Immer Valley, approximately five minutes' walk from the railway station.
Please note when planning: Our restaurant will close permanently after the evening service on 19 December 2026. The hotel will continue to operate and will be closed from 20 December 2026 to 21 January 2027 for the Christmas holidays.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden weitaus übertroffen. Nach einem wunderbaren Salat und dem besten Schokoladenkuchen, machten wir einen ausgiebigem Spaziergang in schönster Natur. Das Zimmer mit Bad war pico bello sauber und einladend. Das Nachtessen, sowie das Frühstück waren köstlich & hervorragend. Alles in allem findet man hier bewiesen, dass Tierisches nicht notwendig ist in unserer Nahrung. Diesem Team gebührt unser Dank und unsere Bewunderung. Bis bald, Jahné & Ananda Tyrell
Nous nous sommes sentis très bien à l’Hôtel du Cerf. Les plats végétaliens étaient délicieux et variés, et le personnel particulièrement aimable et attentionné. Les chambres sont simples et un peu anciennes, mais très propres, bien entretenues et aménagées avec soin. Excellent rapport qualité-prix – nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel !
wunderbares essen, sehr nettes personal und schön ruhige lage.
Wir waren dort schon ein paar mal zum Essen, dieses mal haben wir auch dort übernachtet. Der Standort ist halt dort, wo er ist - in Soubey, einem kleinen Dorf im Jura umgeben von viel Natur im Naturpark Doubs. Das Essen im Restaurant ist hervorragend, wirklich… und ich bin KEIN Veganer. Die Betreiber sind sehr warmherzig. Die Zimmer sind halt eine Zeitreise in die 70er Jahre, wird nicht jeden gefallen ist aber originell. Zudem in einem Top gepflegten Zustand. Lediglich der Stuhl aus den 90ern, der in unserem Zimmer stand, war ein Stilbruch 😉 Wir fanden den Aufenthalt sehr erholsam.
