Group dinners and banquets in the heart of the Freiberge
The house includes a dining room, a smaller lounge, the brasserie and its own banquet hall. The rooms differ in size and atmosphere: so you can plan a meal in a small group as well as a larger gathering with us. During the warm season, the terrace complements your outdoor stay. We will agree on which areas are suitable for your date and number of guests as part of your reservation.
Our kitchen is guided by the season and the products of the region. For groups, we compile menus on request. Whether a shared lunch, a festive dinner or an aperitif forms the centrepiece of your event: culinary planning is part of our service.
The historic house combines established hospitality with the character of a restored village building. The Meusy-Simonin family has continued this tradition over several generations. If your guests would like to stay longer in the Freiberge, you can combine your restaurant visit with an overnight stay at the hotel. This way, shared dining and accommodation take place under one roof.

Une chasse exceptionnelle à ne pas manquer ! Je me suis rendu à l'Hôtel du Soleil au Noirmont pour déguster la chasse, et plus précisément la selle de chevreuil. Quelle expérience ! Honnêtement, c'est l'une des meilleures chasses que j'ai mangées en Suisse. La viande est servie sur un plat, généreuse, goûteuse, avec une quantité vraiment impressionnante. Le service se fait en deux à trois services, et c'était tout simplement magnifique. Un moment vraiment exceptionnel. Petit conseil : pensez à réserver, car c'est une adresse très prisée ! Je recommande à 100 % et je note 5 sur 5.
Hotel agréable, bien placé. Les chambres sont simples, mais fonctionnelles et très propres. La cuisine est excellente. Produits frais bien travaillés. La qualité du service est incroyable avec p.ex. permettre de se doucher à 14h30 après une sortie en vtt, alors que la chambre doit être libérée à 12h. Une dusponibilité hors pair et une grande gentillesse.
