About us
Seminars and celebrations directly on Lake Neuchâtel
At Hotel Beaulac, you combine your event with the location directly on Lake Neuchâtel and proximity to the historic old town. We support you in planning meetings, conferences and seminars as well as banquets, birthdays and wedding celebrations. Our seven privatisable event rooms offer different sizes for small working groups and larger gatherings.
For your larger events, the 226 m² Léopold-Robert hall on the fourth floor is at your disposal. Large windows bring natural light into the room. Le Corbusier offers 54 m² for conferences, training courses and corporate events. For smaller meetings, you can choose Emile Pilain, Harmonie or Citadine. The Clarté room is also suitable for presentations and workshops. Maximilien-de-Meuron can be combined with adjoining rooms; we will coordinate the appropriate room layout with you.
Catering is also part of our event planning. For banquets and receptions, our kitchen and service teams develop an offer with seasonal ingredients and local flavours. In the house you will also find the Lake Side restaurant, the lounge and the Waves rooftop bar with sushi offerings. If you would like to combine your event with a stay, our hotel rooms and suites are available to you. We are happy to discuss your wishes and budget with you and prepare a customised quotation.

The rooftop bar and terrace draw special enthusiasm, with many calling the view over the lake and Alps simply stunning.
