Ice cream as it was 100 years ago - without artificial additives, colourings and flavourings.

Our focus is on regional products and their quality. We are proud to produce without ready-made ice cream powder mixes. The best from nature becomes the best for everyone. Our lemons and limes are hand-pressed and the zest is grated. We roast and caramelise all nuts ourselves. All vanilla pods are individually split and boiled out. Even our brownies for our caramelised banana brownie ice cream indulgence are baked in-house. Constantly new recipes created by our creative ice cream parlour patisserie team offer, alongside our classics such as:
