Dine together and enjoy the evening at our bar
In the restaurant, you will find our menu; at lunch, we offer weekly changing menus from Monday to Friday. You can choose from our wine selection: approximately 100 carefully selected wines are stored in our cellar. Rarities, large-format bottles and a changing selection of wines by the glass complement the range and give you various options to accompany your meal.
If you enjoy sushi, you are in the right place with us all year round: we serve it from Tuesday to Saturday in the evening. From October to April, our sushi box on the garden terrace complements the offering. At the bar, we prepare cocktails and serve antipasti as well as snacks. This allows you to design your visit culinarily and choose between restaurant, sushi offering and bar. Our bar team also accommodates individual drink requests if your favourite drink is not on the menu.

Eine exzellente Adresse für gehobene Schweizer / mediterrane Küche. Unser Rindsfilet war perfekt gebraten, und das Gemüse dazu schmeckte wundervoll und war liebevoll zubereitet. Auch die Pommes waren grossartig, und der Service sehr gut. Die Wildconsommé hat ebenfalls toll geschmeckt - einziges Manko: die Capuns waren geschmacklich eher lasch, und etwas langweilig.
Wir waren am Donnerstagabend zu zweit im Restaurant Hirschen in Baden essen und kulinarisch wirklich begeistert. Die Auswahl auf der Karte ist exquisit zusammengestellt, und was die Küche letztlich auf die Teller zaubert, ist handwerklich wie geschmacklich auf hervorragendem Niveau – absolut fein und auf den Punkt. Auch die Atmosphäre hat uns sehr gefallen. Dass wir am 1. Oktober dank der milden Temperaturen noch draußen sitzen und den Abend im Freien genießen konnten, war ein echtes Highlight und keineswegs selbstverständlich. Das Ambiente lädt definitiv zum Verweilen ein. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war allerdings der Service. Das Personal war keineswegs unhöflich, aber schlichtweg nicht immer aufmerksam genug. Bei einem Haus dieses Niveaus und dieser Preiskategorie erwartet man im Service einfach etwas mehr Präsenz, Feingefühl und Proaktivität. Unterm Strich ein gelungener Abend mit fantastischem Essen – mit einem aufmerksameren Service wäre es perfekt gewesen.
Absolut empfehlenswert! Ich habe sehr kurzfristig angerufen, um einen Tisch zu reservieren, und wurde bereits am Telefon ausgesprochen höflich und herzlich empfangen. Auch im Restaurant war die Bedienung super freundlich, sympathisch und aufmerksam – man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Das Essen war einfach grandios und die Portionen sehr grosszügig, was für mich perfekt war! 😄 Tolles Essen, toller Service und eine rundum angenehme Atmosphäre. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!
