Wir haben einen Anlass im Headsquarter durchgeführt und waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Die Location ist super gelegen und die Räumlichkeiten sind modern und sehr inspirierend. Viele Snacks, Kaffee, Tee etc. sind inbegriffen und auch der Apéro war hervorragend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Personal. Wir werden dort bestimmt wieder einen Event durchführen und können das Headsquarter auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben bei HeadsQuarter ein Sitzungszimmer für einen Workshop gebucht, und es war rundum eine tolle Erfahrung! Die Räume sind modern, hell und ideal für Workshops ausgestattet. Auch die Küche mit Kaffee & Snacks hat uns überzeugt. :) Das Team war ausgesprochen freundlich, unkompliziert und flexibel bei kurzfristigen Änderungen, das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Vielen Dank für die angenehme Betreuung und den reibungslosen Ablauf – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Kurz: Für eigene Räumlichkeiten anmieten, WOW! Der Space ist unglaublich stylish gestaltet und bietet wirklich ein grandioses Wohlfühlerlebnis. Es gibt einen großen Eventraum, mega Meetingräume mit neuster Logi-Tech und die Küchen sind fast schon heimisch. Das ist alles in allem definitiv ein krasses Paket! Alleine schon die Telefonboxen; Höhenverstellbar, Face-Light, Klima, etc. und tatsächlich schalldicht. Also ja, dieser Space hat mich mega beeindruckt. Natürlich gibt es auch etwas, was ich nicht toll fand: Der Openspace ist nicht zum Arbeiten gedacht, mehr zum Meet and greet oder kurze Sessions. Die Fix-Desk ohne Raum, sind mit 120X60 (wenn ich es richtig im Kopf habe) viel zu klein und haben keine Höhenverstellung. Fairerweise muss man das Konzept dieses Spaces kennen. Private Offices und nicht klassisches CoWorking. Dafür passt es dann, und dann macht es auch Sinn, warum keine Dailys oder Weekly Angebote gibt. Wer die geilsten Räumlichkeiten für sein Team sucht, mit einem abartigen Rundumservice (Parken, Früchte, Yoga, Sportcenter) wird hier fündig. PS: Der Podcastraum ist ja mal Weltklasse! Alles von Rode drin!

We had a great event at «The Artistic». The location offers style, functionality and atmosphere. Special thanks go to Sebastian Sieber and his team. From preparation to execution, everything ran smoothly, professionally and with a lot of passion. On behalf of The SwissMBAs, we would love to come back!

Everything you need to know about your event at this venue.

After you contact us, we will discuss your desired process with you. If you need support in planning your event, we offer planning assistance for a small fee. Following this, we will provide you with a detailed quotation including all expected costs. On the day of your event or at an agreed time, we will prepare the booked spaces according to your wishes and welcome your team for a tour of the facilities and equipment, as well as an introduction to the technology. If desired, personal support from our host team or our technical support can also be added for the duration of your event. After the event, we simply ask you and your guests to bring used dishes, workshop materials, etc. to the designated collection stations. We will handle the cleaning and dismantling of the seating.

To round off your event, we offer you various culinary options. Whether it's a delicious breakfast buffet or a well-planned aperitif with service staff. Our offering is diverse and we cooperate with selected, high-quality catering companies. Details and prices are available upon request.

Our offering includes a large screen with integrated video camera, a flipchart, HDMI and USB-C connections as well as writing materials. Additionally, further electronic devices such as various microphones and speakers, a 360° meeting camera as well as presentation materials and personal technical support can be added.

Standard inclusions are a personal tour of the facilities and equipment as well as an introduction to the technology before the event begins, as well as the arrangement of seating in the spaces and final cleaning. If further support from our host team or technical support is required during the event, this can be added.
