Haus Hiltl | Hiltl Breakfast & Brunch

Founded in 1898 by Ambrosius Hiltl, Haus Hiltl is, according to Guinness World Records, the oldest vegetarian restaurant in the world and is now run by the 4th generation. For 125 years, we have been delighting guests every day with healthy enjoyment - not only here at the flagship location on Sihlstrasse but also on the rooftop terrace above PKZ Women at Bahnhofstrasse, in Sihlpost directly at Zurich Main Station, at Pflanzbar by Paradeplatz, in planted.bistro by Hiltl in Kemptthal, and in summer at Strandbad Mythenquai and Seebad Kilchberg.

Sehr große Empfehlung! Die Auswahl an Gerichten ist super, sodass jede*r auf ihren/seinen Geschmack kommt. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, sehr freundlich.

Wie eigentlich immer war alles am Hiltl-Besuch auch heute wieder super, insbesondere der kompetent-freundliche, unaufdringliche aber doch sehr passionierte Service von Leslie im 1. Stock. Qualität, Service, Preis/Leistung und zudem die sehr angenehme, hilfreiche und erst noch cool designte Deklaration aller Inhaltsstoffe sind einfach top!

Tolles vegetarisches/veganes Restaurant wo man auch als nicht Veganer/Vegatarier voll auf seine Kosten kommt. Wir waren zu dritt an einem Samstag Mittag im Restaurant trotz regen Betrieb haben wir schnell unser Essen bekommen. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen wenn man in Zürich essen gehen möchte.
