HafenBuffet - Rorschach

For your shared meal, we welcome you at HafenBuffet with a view of Rorschach harbour and Lake Constance. In our air-conditioned restaurant, enjoyment and table conversation are at the centre. Our cuisine combines regional products with Mediterranean accents and is guided by the character of each ingredient.

We prepare much ourselves: from freshly baked bread to hand-churned butter. Vegetables and edible flowers grow partly in our own gardens in Grub. We source further ingredients from farmers and producers in the region; game comes from a local hunter. We use as much of the whole ingredient as possible and take care to avoid food waste.

In the gourmet area, you can expect a five or seven-course menu. You can choose between a version with meat and fish or a vegetarian menu. The experience includes live cooking, where our host and head chef Raphael cooks in front of the guests. Seasonal specialities and careful cooking methods characterise the dishes. The large windows and the view over the water create an open setting for your restaurant visit. Please enquire about your shared meal through EventButler.
