Gare du Nord

For your wedding, birthday celebration or corporate event, we open the halls of the former station buffet for you. Award ceremonies, conferences, seminars and meetings also find a special setting with us. At Gare du Nord, you combine your event with the character of a house for music and culture. Our concert hall and Bar du Nord can be enquired for different event formats.

In Bar du Nord, you have approximately 200 square metres of usable space at your disposal. Depending on the event, you can plan here with up to 160 people for a seminar, 130 people for a banquet or 180 people for a standing reception. Two separate entrances and individual seating arrangements help you design your event flow. The equipment includes a permanently installed audio system, dimmable lighting with light effects as well as projectors and screens. WiFi and a cloakroom are also available. Stage and technical equipment are available for the bar upon request. For social moments, a table football game and a pool table are ready; space for a photo booth or childcare is also provided.

You can reach us directly at Badischer Bahnhof. Proximity to Basel Fair and good public transport connections to the city centre make it easier for your guests to travel. You can reach us step-free via the main entrance and the ticket hall. A barrier-free toilet is located in the station; you can obtain the Eurokey at our bar. We will answer your enquiry individually and coordinate the room, schedule and required infrastructure with you.
