How does the booking process work with you? How much time do we need?

When you play a full-body VR game, you should plan for approximately 1 hour on site:
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment for administrative tasks, including check-in with rules and liability waiver.
At your booked time on site, you can watch the health & safety video.
You will then receive an introduction to the technology and the mission.
Now it's time to go: Into the VR room to get equipped!
The mission itself lasts 20-30 minutes, depending on the game and your pace.
After the mission, you will remove the equipment.
Free lounge games are included in your ticket. After the game, you are welcome to stay for a drink and chat about the experience.
For a double round, you should plan for approximately 90 minutes.

Question 2

What age are the games suitable for?

Accepted Answer

Recommendation full-body VR (TrueVR): The minimum height for the game is 135 cm and the minimum age is 10 years. VR Light (Genzone): The headset generally fits a 7-year-old. However, we recommend that Genzone is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
Children's/youth groups (12 years and younger) Up to 5 players can play alone. From 6 players onwards, an adult must be present to coordinate the game.

What does this mean in concrete terms?
Escape rooms and adventure games from 10 years old
PvP shooter laser tag from 10 years old
Zombie shooter from 12 years old
The two zombie shooters are definitely no longer suitable for children under 12 years of age (PEGI rule = violence against fantasy creatures). The PvP shooters against each other contain no blood; they work like laser tag. We will continue to allow these games from 10 years of age.

What if we have more than 10 people?

For events with more than ten people, our advisory team is at your disposal. We are happy to discuss the best option for your event with individual bookings or the private event package.

Where can I view your available dates?

Either with each game under 'Book now' or on the desktop PC under 'Book now' in the main menu.

Question 5

Do I need to wear contact lenses? Can I wear my glasses?

Accepted Answer

If your glasses are not huge, they will fit without any problems under the VR headset.
However, you will have the best experience with contact lenses.

Question 6

What happens if there is one more/one fewer person?

Accepted Answer

If the game allows it based on the number of players (you can see this in the game overview, player number min/max), you simply pay the surcharge on site. Please understand that we cannot refund overpaid players. In such a case, we will issue a voucher.

When should we arrive?

We recommend that you arrive on time or 10-15 minutes before your appointment.

Question 8

Can you explain the game to us in English as well?

Accepted Answer

Yes, that's no problem. Our staff speak fluent German and English. The game itself contains no written or spoken language.

Question 9

How long does a game last?

Accepted Answer

Game duration varies between 20 and 30 minutes. Please note that this is the pure duration of the mission in the headset. For your stay with us including arrival, introduction, mission briefing and putting on and taking off equipment, you should plan for approximately one hour. Can we reschedule our appointment at short notice?

Accepted Answer

Unlike at the cinema, we can only sell one slot per 'performance'. Therefore, our terms and conditions are strict in this regard. We will try to find a solution with you, but please also understand our situation. The average advance booking time for an event with multiple people in Switzerland is 2 weeks.
