Our blind and visually impaired guides will take you through a Basel you have never experienced before and draw your attention to things that remain hidden from sighted people.
During the approximately two-hour tours, they share their personal stories, show you the contact point for visually impaired and blind people, and introduce you to the work of these important institutions.
As a participant, you will gain direct insight into the daily lives of your guides and experience firsthand what challenges they face every day.

Es war mega toll .Wir hatten den Table vor two und ein klasse 5 Gänge Menü.Das Essen war hervorragend. Preis Leistung richtig gut. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Danke an Susan für den tollen Service .Auch allen anderen am Empfang die uns so freundlich empfangen haben. Ein sehr schönes Erlebnis wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war ein sehr spezielles Erlebnis im absolut dunkeln zu essen und von einer blinden Dame bedient zu werden. Das erraten oder herausfinden was man isst, war gar nicht einfach. Vielen herzlichen Dank an das ganze Team, es war ein sehr eindrückliches und bleibendes Erlebnis🫶🫶🫶 Ich kann es von ganzem ❤️zen und wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Muss man erlebt haben. Grüessli Emilio
Den Sehsinn verlieren und sich komplett auf seine anderen Sinne zu verlassen, war zu Beginn etwas merkwürdig. Man benötigt eine Weile, aber dann ist es wirklich ein Erlebnis, dass man einmal gemacht haben muss. Das Essen, was sehr lecker, die Auswahl gibt es zwischen, einem Überraschungsmenu oder wenn man lieber weiss, was man isst, kann man es auch a la carte bestellen. Das Personal, war sehr freundlich und man konnte sich stets melden. Es ist sicher nicht ein Restaurant, in das mal mehrmals geht, aber es mal erlebt zu haben ist es auf jeden fall wert.
Die blinde Kuh ist immer wieder ein wundervolles Erlebnis. Innen ist es komplett dunkel daher ist das Ambiente schwer zu bewerten 😅. Aber die Bar und der Empfang sind freundlich. Das Essen und die Getränke sind wirklich gut. Dafür das es eine Eventgastronomie ist, ist das Essen wirklich fantastisch gut. Jeder Mitarbeiter war bei unseren Besuchen sehr zuvorkommend. Einziger Kritikpunkt des letztrn Besuchs am Valentinstag war das man einen Menü und Tisch für 2 bestellt und gezahlt hat und dann an einer Tafel saß wo zunächst 8 und dann 4 Personen (erst 4 und dann 2 Paare) saßen. Das war am normalen Tagen besser und gerade als romantisches essen unglücklich. Trotzdem würde ich jedem der mit Dunkelheit umgehen kann einen Besuch empfehlen und freue mich auch selbst auf den nächsten Besuch.
Es war einfach toll! Ich würde jedem empfehlen, das einmal zu erleben. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und es war so spannend herauszufinden, was man jetzt auf dem Teller hat. (Wir hatten das Überraschungsmenu) Auch unsere Bedienung Susanne war super und hat uns mit ihren lustigen Sprüchen sehr gut abgeholt und den Abend versüsst. Danke!
