Das Raclette über der glühenden Kohle ''bim Portier'' ist der Hit! Wir wurden super sympathisch bedient und die Stimmung in der winterlich dekorierten Gartenlaube ist wunderbar.

Ambiance parfaite, musique agréable et pas trop forte. Service impeccable, cuisine au top. Ne soyez pas surpris par le "belper Knolle" c''est techniquement un formage mais il est servi un peu comme de la truffe (et le prix va avec) et ça en vaut la peine. Tartare de carottes et salade aux rebibes tout simplement parfaite.
excellent restaurant dans un lieu insolite, le Waaghaus, l’ancien bâtiment de pesage du site des abattoirs de Berne.
