FLUX Laboratory

Experience contemporary dance, artistic performances and cultural encounters with FLUX Laboratory. In our projects, the body in motion, experimentation and exchange take centre stage. We produce dance pieces and performances and bring together different artistic disciplines. In doing so, we open dialogue between art and science and address contemporary social, cultural, political and economic questions.

Our artistic laboratory is anchored in Geneva and Athens. We promote collaboration across disciplinary boundaries and create space for new approaches, collaborative research and the sharing of experiences. We understand dance in a broad, contemporary form: movement becomes the starting point for encounters and for the development of artistic projects. This gives you insight into work that develops through exchange and experimentation.

Our history began in 2004 in Carouge. Since 2024, we have been based in Geneva at the Mont-Blanc Centre - Le Plaza. Behind our projects stands the Fluxum Foundation, which supports cultural initiatives in Geneva, Switzerland and abroad. Discover with us artistic positions that connect movement with new perspectives on our world.
