What to expect
When colleagues become a team.
In Ruth Schlub’s fire workshop, you follow an activity trail in the forest, learn about different fires, gather materials and explore safe fire handling. Afterwards, each person lights their own fire using no more than three matches. Finally, you cook and eat together over the fire.
The personally guided event lasts about four hours for 1–9 people. It normally takes place in Aargau; other locations and larger teams require advance agreement. The meeting point is arranged individually.
For 6–9 people the price is CHF 325 per person. Groups of fewer than six pay a flat CHF 1,950. A full meal is included and the provider states there are no additional fees or additional VAT.
The workshop takes place in almost any weather, with a sheltered area for cooking and eating. Wear sturdy shoes and suitable clothing. Uneven forest ground and possible steps mean it is not fully accessible; discuss individual needs before booking.
