What to expect
At a Filmevent, your team takes roles in acting, directing, camera work, set design or make-up. With guidance, props and professional equipment, you create your own short film and watch it together at the same-day premiere.
The mobile format is designed for 5–1,000 people, at your company, a seminar hotel, cinema or an agreed event venue. Formats range from a compact shoot to a film festival; classic corporate events usually take 4–6 hours.

Programme
Example of the core format according to provider FAQ. You'll get to know the film assignment and distribute the roles. The schedule is flexible.
You prepare scenes and shoot your short film with professional support. The continuous production block should not be interrupted.
While the material is being edited, you'll have a break. In this example, the premiere begins at 6:30 PM; its duration as well as aperitif or dinner are agreed upon separately. The 4.5 hours recorded here extend until the start of the premiere.

Das OK der Drogistenskitage wartet jedes Jahr mit einem tollen Teamevent auf. Dieses Jahr (Januar 2026) war das Motto Filmfestival. Für mich das Zehn-Jahres -Highlight. 150 Personen haben in 10 Gruppen je einen Film gedreht. Das hat so was von Spass gemacht, ein fantastisches Gruppenerlebnis.
