Factory Bistro

For your family celebration, a joint meeting or a social occasion, we welcome you to the Factory Bistro on the TUWAG site. Our bright, friendly rooms and relaxed atmosphere combine shared dining with an uncomplicated stay. In addition to family celebrations, presentations, assemblies and meetings are also possible in the blue factory bistro. You can agree on the appropriate rental framework with our team.

Our kitchen works fresh and seasonally. Regional partner businesses supply vegetables and repeatedly also special varieties that inspire us to create new dishes. Vegetarian and vegan dishes have a permanent place with us. When we serve meat, it comes from Swiss production; we deliberately focus on quality and smaller portions. We also prefer small regional businesses for beverages, whose products and people we know.

For regular events such as yoga classes, meditations or theatre rehearsals, the blue factory bistro can also be used. It is rented during the day or in the evening; recurring appointments are arranged individually with us. This space is not intended for teenage parties. Concert evenings, jam nights and dinner Thursday complement our restaurant operations. You can agree on the current programmes with us during your planning.

We handle food carefully and plan so that as little food waste as possible is generated. In this way, we combine eating with a conscious approach to resources and personal, relaxed hospitality.
