EVENT CIRCLE ZUG

For your corporate event, product launch, networking event or private celebration, Event Circle Zug combines a shared dinner with a subsequent party. Our two adjacent venues provide a distinct setting for different parts of your event: in the Dinner Area, you begin with a meal, presentation or personal conversations. Afterwards, you move to the Event Area, just seven metres away, for music, dancing and celebration. This eliminates the need for time-consuming restructuring between programme segments.

We tailor our concept to events with 100 to 650 guests. The Dinner Area accommodates up to 650 people, standing or seated. For summer aperitifs and product presentations, you can optionally include the outdoor area. Both venues can be adapted to your schedule - from welcome aperitif through speeches and presentations to dinner and party.

For presentations and entertainment, an LED wall, screens, wireless microphones, a stage and lighting and sound technology are available. DJ equipment, tables, seating, lounges, bar areas and a dance floor complete the infrastructure. Culinarily, you can choose between seated dinner, flying dinner and buffet; a cocktail bar complements the offering. During planning, we support you with event management, service, bartenders, technical support and setup and breakdown. On request, we advise you on suitable artists and DJs as well as photographic or film coverage. A 360-degree photo booth is optionally available.

For your arrival, the railway station is just a few minutes' walk away. A car park on the premises and further parking options in the surrounding area enhance accessibility. We are happy to develop an individual event concept with you for your guests.
