Domaine du Daley

For your private event, we combine a hired winemaker's hall with a terrace overlooking Lake Geneva and the wines from our estate. Whether you are planning an aperitif, cocktail or shared meal: celebrate with us in the Salle des Vignerons in the historic building at the heart of the Domaine. The hall is located directly by the wine cellar. A fireplace and traditional furnishings create a warm atmosphere for your gathering.

Indoors, you have 70 m² at your disposal; plus a 120 m² gravel terrace with views of the lake. A maximum of 48 seated guests are accommodated for meals. A cloakroom, toilets and a kitchen with work surfaces for caterers are part of the infrastructure. Parking is available at the estate. For catering, we work with a selection of affiliated caterers. Only our own wines are served in the hall; beer is not permitted.

You can book the hall from March to December on all weekdays. Aperitifs and cocktails have a maximum duration of three hours until 21:00 at the latest; meals and cocktail dinners have a maximum duration of eight hours until 01:00 at the latest. Our annual closure runs from 22 December to 2 February.

If you would like to discover wine together, we also offer cellar visits by reservation with explanations of our winemaking process and subsequent tasting in the hall or on the terrace. Various wine packages with savoury accompaniments and additional dishes are available to choose from. This way you can tailor your visit to exchange and shared enjoyment.
