Des Trois Tours

For your wedding, seminar or festive group dinner, we welcome you to Des Trois Tours in Bourguillon. Our reception hall provides a characterful setting for 20 to 80 people and can be arranged according to your wishes. This way you combine your occasion with a shared meal and cuisine created by Romain Paillereau and his team.

For events, you can choose from four menu suggestions. Beyond this, our head chef develops personalised proposals tailored to your wishes. Discuss with us how you would like to shape your occasion culinarily. Our cuisine combines French gastronomic craftsmanship with natural, clear flavours. When selecting our partners, we value the work of producers and artisans; we source as many ingredients as possible from the region. Seasonal products, wild herbs and citrus fruits characterise our dishes.

You celebrate with us in a patrician house from the mid-19th century, just a short distance from Fribourg city centre and in a green, peaceful setting. The interior, newly designed in 2021, complements the historic character of the house with a warm, understated atmosphere. For your occasion, this brings together an individually configurable hall, personalised menu coordination and the gastronomic signature of our team.
