How many guests can we accommodate?

Our venue can accommodate a maximum of 100 people. Optimal capacity is 40 to 80 guests. There are approximately 60 seats and a stage measuring 2 × 2 metres.

Is a DJ and catering available?

A DJ is not available. You organise catering yourself. Karaoke is possible; the software is not included.

How do we organise beverages?

Beverage sales are handled through our bar prices. You can invite your guests up to an agreed amount; after that, they pay themselves. Bringing your own beverages is only possible by prior arrangement.

Who handles setup and cleaning?

You can decorate from the morning onwards. Please have waste collected and ready; we will handle disposal and cleaning.

When is delivery possible?

Goods handling for delivery and collection is possible Monday to Saturday from 05:00 to 11:00 and from 18:30 to 21:00.

Until when can you celebrate?

You can celebrate until 03:30 at the latest. Rental enquiries are ideally possible Friday to Sunday; Monday to Thursday we generally only rent out in exceptional cases.

Do you need security personnel?

For private birthday parties, aperitifs and corporate events, you do not need security personnel. For public events, you arrange a company yourself: up to 70 guests require at least one security person, above that at least two. Discuss the deployment times with us and show us the contract at least seven days before the event.
