Host events, celebrate, sleep and enjoy in a former Capuchin monastery. Where the Capuchins once lived, Culinarium Alpinum is now located. The former Capuchin cells have been renovated into 14 guest rooms and 7 seminar rooms. In the Refectory, the Capuchins' dining hall and today's restaurant, regional authenticity is paramount. We work with authentic products from the region, preferably from organic farming.
