In the 80 m² Weisshorn, you can organise meetings and seminars with natural daylight and direct access to the terrace. The facilities include presentation options, internet and a sound system. The terrace next to the room can be used in summer for a private event. For breaks and shared meals, we incorporate our gastronomic areas into your planning.
If you would like to combine work and shared experiences, we support you with individually tailored incentive and team building programmes. The mountain setting offers opportunities in both summer and winter. Our rooms and suites allow you to combine your event with an overnight stay. We had a lovely stay at Crans Ambassador and really enjoyed our experience. The location is excellent and very central. In good weather, you can easily walk into town, but the hotel also provides a fantastic complimentary shuttle service. You can WhatsApp the team whenever you need them, and they are incredibly responsive about dropping you off or picking you up, which made getting around with the family so convenient. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special thank you to Emily, Jeanne, Marco from the concierge team, Helena the Director, and the entire breakfast team. Everyone was genuinely warm, friendly, attentive and always ready to help. Breakfast was another highlight. There was an excellent variety of options, everything was fresh and delicious, and the service each morning was wonderful. We were initially given a room without air conditioning, which was difficult given the unusually warm weather. However, the hotel handled the situation extremely well. The team listened to our concerns and kindly upgraded us to an Ambassador Suite with air conditioning, which was perfect and made a huge difference to our stay. We really appreciated how attentive and accommodating they were. My only suggestion would be regarding some of the furniture and curtains, which feel quite traditional and a little dated. A refresh or more contemporary update would elevate the rooms even further. Overall, a wonderful hotel with an excellent location, fantastic breakfast and, above all, truly exceptional staff and service. We would happily recommend Crans Ambassador, particularly for families.

Une excellente expérience au Crans Ambassador ! Le spa est magnifique et offre une atmosphère propice à la détente. Le massage était tout simplement incroyable : un véritable moment de bien-être et de relaxation. Le restaurant est excellent et le petit-déjeuner est délicieux, avec des produits de qualité. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, très accueillant, attentionné et professionnel. On se sent immédiatement pris en charge et parfaitement accompagné. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience. Je recommande cet établissement sans la moindre hésitation !
