Com'Ça

You can book Com'Ça exclusively for your private event or corporate gathering from 15 people onwards. We create a bespoke experience with you and prepare a detailed quotation. At our restaurant, shared dining takes centre stage: a cuisine that moves with the seasons and is inspired by the products and the people behind them.

Our restaurant in Bulle is situated slightly set back on a small square. The building was formerly a saddlery and later a kitchen studio. Today we welcome you at around ten tables in a convivial setting with a fully open kitchen. Your event thus combines the character of the house with a view of our culinary craftsmanship.

For our dishes, we work with products from breeders, fishermen, vegetable growers and other producers. Our menu features seasonal and vegetarian options. The careful selection of ingredients and their harmonious interplay also characterise the beverages we offer: you can choose a wine pairing or alcohol-free drinks to accompany your meal.

Our wine list comprises around 200 selections from winemakers in Switzerland, France and Italy. We also offer wines by the glass, homemade seasonal juices, botanical lemonades and alcohol-free infusions. Please discuss your event and any special dietary requirements with us so that we can prepare your shared meal appropriately.
