Château de Vaumarcus

Celebrate your wedding, birthday or family celebration at Château de Vaumarcus. For private celebrations, we welcome groups of 50 to 120 people in a historic setting overlooking Lake Neuchâtel. Three licensed halls are available for your civil ceremony. We also offer the perfect setting for your corporate event: seminars, training courses and conferences are possible with up to 90 people, team building and corporate evenings with up to 120 people.

Our castle is located in the heart of the Neuchâtel vineyards on a promontory overlooking the lake. Medieval rooms in the keep and the elegantly stuccoed salons of the palace create different atmospheres for your event. From the panoramic terrace, you can enjoy views of Lake Neuchâtel, the surrounding vineyards and the Alps. In the park, we offer you a green setting for outdoor ceremonies and aperitifs; it is also home to the Lebanon cedar planted in 1773.

If you wish to organise the event yourself, you can privatise the castle for your occasion. For a special overnight stay, we have our guest room with a four-poster bed. We will discuss your plans with you and the most suitable areas. Please note that our castle is a privately owned residence occupied year-round: visits are only possible as part of an event.
