Enjoy seasonal menus together in the castle
Our cuisine follows the seasons. For our Calendrier Gourmand, we develop a new menu each week; we serve a single menu per weekend. You can enjoy this culinary experience on Friday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday lunch. This gives your meal a clear culinary framework in which the produce and the shared experience at the table come together.
Catherine has brought her childhood castle back to life and together with Gérard has created a place of encounter here. For more than twenty years, we have combined our connection to this house with a cuisine inspired by regional produce and personal encounters. We would like to offer you a moment in which you can take time, engage in conversation with one another and discover the changing flavours of the season. Our castle in Pleujouse provides this shared meal with its special setting.

Un cadre exceptionnel et un repas excellent ! Nous avons passé un très bon moment au restaurant du Château de Pleujouse. Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique : on mange vraiment dans un château, avec des salles au décor authentique et charmant. Cela change vraiment des restaurants traditionnels et rend l'expérience unique ! L'accueil est très sympathique et chaleureux. Côté repas, j'ai trouvé la cuisine excellente : simple mais efficace, avec de bons produits bien travaillés. Nous avons également apprécié la carte des vins, relativement sympathique et à des prix corrects. Je recommande vivement cette adresse, autant pour le cadre que pour la qualité de la cuisine. Une belle découverte !
Sehr romantisches Schlossrestaurant und super freundliche Eigentümer. Der Eigentümer kocht selber. Er hat sein Handwerk in Frankreich gelernt und das merkt man. Ich glaube eine der besten Vorspeisen die ich je gegessen habe. Eine Hausgemachte Pastete aus dem Jura. Mega gut 👍 Der Preis ist etwas hoch angesetzt, jedoch muss man bedenken… Das ist in einem Schloss und alleine die Lokalität ist sehr beeindruckend. Wir kommen wieder. 😘

Aufführen für Musik- und Theaterstücken unter offenem Himmel. Akustik wie im Ampfitheater in Augst BL! Viel Vergnügen! Warum finden dort eigentlich keine Open Air Veranstaltungen statt?? Schade
