About us
From 26 November 2026, the rustic Chalet Ruinart opens on the terrace of Kempinski Palace Engelberg for the new winter season. Wooden tables, benches and cosy furs create an alpine atmosphere with views of the snow-covered spa gardens. Hearty cheese fondue is served, fondue chinoise on selected Wednesdays and hand-scraped raclette alpine cheese on selected Sundays. Reservations are available in time slots from 6 pm to 8 pm or 8.30 pm to 10 pm.
