Chalet RoyAlp

At Chalet RoyAlp Hôtel & Spa in Villars-sur-Ollon, we combine your event with a stay in the Vaud Alps. For seminars, meetings, banquets, weddings and private celebrations, we have halls of various sizes at your disposal. Our events team will guide you through the planning process and coordinate the rooms and supporting programme with you.

For larger events, Dents du Midi and Grand Muveran can be combined to create the 315 m² RiverAlp. Here we welcome up to 250 people for a cocktail or 200 guests in theatre and banquet seating. Daylight and a private terrace characterise both halls. The Argentina hall is suitable for smaller working groups and coffee breaks. The Bretaye hall also offers you daylight and a private terrace. Our cinema hall with 27 theatre seats allows for a private screening during your seminar.

For your presentations, our rooms offer projectors, screens and flipcharts depending on the hall, as well as high-speed internet. Sound systems are available in several halls upon request. Together with you, we can plan team activities such as mixology, cooking, wine tastings, yoga or outdoor activities. For weddings, our reception hall and private terrace provide a mountain setting; in fine weather, a ceremony in nature is also possible.

Our rooms, suites and residences allow you to combine your event with an overnight stay. Restaurants, bar and spa complete your stay. You can also reach us by public transport; a cogwheel railway stop is located at the hotel. Parking spaces in the open air and in the underground car park are available.
