Private celebrations and banquets in the Casy Underground
At CaSy, togetherness is at the heart of everything. An aperitif with friends, precious moments with family or a meal for two are part of the philosophy that defines our establishment. For your occasion, we embrace this personal atmosphere and welcome you to a cosy venue in the heart of Crans-Montana. Our experience in hospitality and gastronomy, our families and travels have inspired the design and character of CaSy.
Behind CaSy are Caroline and Sylvain. Caroline brings her background as a hotel professional; Sylvain is a chef and at home on the high plateau. After working in various locations in Switzerland and in Canada, we have created our shared space here. Talk to us about your occasion and how you would like to use the private area. Whether the shared banquet or smaller-scale exchanges are the focus: we look forward to welcoming you and your guests.

A lot of variety in the menu and the 3 choices were all excellent. Service was extremely good. P.S. if you come early you can go to the Cafe and sit. Definitely worth coming and will come back. Menu changes every 6 weeks based on seasonal ingredients.
L’endroit vaut le déplacement rien que pour Caroline et Sylvain. Caroline gère la salle avec bonne humeur et enthousiasme, tandis que Sylvain excelle en cuisine. Leur équipe est à leur image : Tellement sympa, enthousiaste, efficace, compétente. On y passe vraiment de bons moments. Accessoirement, la cuisine est excellente et le lieu se prête volontiers à l’organisation d’événements privés. Et ils ont aussi le Café Casy, juste à côté. Que du bonheur ☀️
Une très belle adresse au cœur de Crans-Montana, dans la zone piétonne. La carte est originale, avec une jolie touche méditerranéenne qui vient enrichir une cuisine classique parfaitement maîtrisée. De bons produits, de la personnalité dans les assiettes et une cuisine sincère. Le patron est aux fourneaux, tandis que la patronne assure l’accueil avec beaucoup de naturel et d’attention. Un duo qui donne une vraie âme à cette adresse. Une petite perle dans le magnifique cadre de Crans-Montana, à découvrir sans hésiter.
Awesome restaurant! We live in Dubai and are used to a very high standard when it comes to dining, but we were extremely positively surprised by the fantastic atmosphere, welcome and outstanding quality of the food. By far the best restaurant we’ve tried in Crans-Montana. Highly recommended!
