The attentive, knowledgeable staff creates memorable experiences, whether for intimate dinners, birthday celebrations, or corporate events. Diners rave about the high-quality cuisine, from classic dishes like Wiener Schnitzel to signature creations, complemented by an impressive wine selection.
Wir waren zu dritt (Schwester, Cousine und ich) auf einen Kaffee hier. Zwei kleine Tische ohne Reservierungsschild waren frei, die wir zusammengeschoben haben. Nach etwa 25 Minuten wollten wir bezahlen, als ein Kellner plötzlich den Tisch ohne Vorwarnung wegziehen wollte. Obwohl wir gerade gehen und zahlen wollten, wurden uns kommentarlos die Jacken in die Hände gedrückt. Zudem wurde nicht kommuniziert, dass der Tisch kurz darauf reserviert war. Mit besserer und freundlicherer Kommunikation hätte man die Situation vermeiden können.
Sehr guter und zuvorkommender Service in einem schönen und erstaunlich ruhigen Ambiente mitten in Zürich. Ich komme sicher wieder.

Das Essen war bei allen Gängen auf ausgezeichnetem Niveau. Kreativ, dezezent angerichtet und geschmacklich hervorragend. Der Service durch das junge Personal war aufmerksam und herzlich. Bravo! Die Inneneinrichtung ist gediegen und das Lichtkonzept überzeugt. Auch die Akustik war trotz vielen Gästen sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder einmal ins Carlton.
