Brew Beer Together and Feast at Alte Tramdepot

brew your own beer with your team at Tramdepot. Besides the exciting insight into the brewing process, there is an authentic three-course meal from our kitchen--and of course, beer.

The evening is led by the brewery managers from Alte Tramdepot, Matthias Koschahre, and the owner of the brewery, Ernst, Dominic Hauser. The ultimate beer knowledge for your team.

The evening begins with a small welcome aperitif. Next comes a brief theoretical introduction to the art of brewing. Guided by the two brewers, your team then prepares the ingredients and proceeds with mashing, lautering, boiling, and fermenting. Between the brewing steps, an authentic 3-course meal is served.

The entire event lasts approximately five hours from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The beer seminar is suitable for groups from 12 to a maximum of 30 people. Six to eight weeks after the beer seminar, your beer will be delivered to your desired address.
