Brauschüür Bar

Our Brauschüür in Zollbrück has combined craft beer, bar, event space and a beer garden beneath old trees since 2018. However, the continuation of our operations is currently not secured. We are planning to continue the bar with a partner business, provided that the legal framework permits this. Please therefore clarify with us before planning which offers and dates are actually available.

Our previous event concept includes family celebrations, birthdays, corporate events and wedding aperitifs. For celebrations, a group size of up to 70 guests is planned; in fine weather, our beer garden is also an option. Our 80 m² event space is designed for seminars and business meetings with up to 50 people. Room hire is offered with or without technical equipment; lunch can be organised at the Brauschüür or with local partners.

Brewery tours and beer tastings are part of the group experience. The approximately 40-minute tour is aimed at groups of five or more people. During the tasting, Emmental sausage and cheese specialities accompany the various beer styles. Culinarily, beer fondue and self-assembled grilled skewers on a charcoal grill are part of the concept. For individual events, we work with external caterers; our own catering is also possible. Given the current operational situation, the provision of these offers requires explicit confirmation.
